This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all tours and activities booked through Brussels Walking Tours.
Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation conditions depend on the specific tour booked and are clearly stated on each product page.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event (unless stated otherwise).
- A 0% cancellation fee applies if cancelled earlier, according to the conditions displayed on the product page.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for the tour or arrive late, no refund will be issued. Late arrivals will not be accepted once the tour has started.
Cancellations by Us
Brussels Walking Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns or insufficient participants. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
